He said "Have fun in your made up world"

and all I could think is how wonderful my act is... and all I could think is how sorry I feel for them.

anyways this is what I wore today.
Nothing to fancy.
UO Tunic $5
BDG Acid wash Jeans from UO $16
Thrifted baby pink sweater with gold buttons $2
Gold belt Free
Doc Martens from ebay which Caco scored $60
hair bow from F21 $4 (which Tenesa my new roomate and I will be making replicas of sometime in the next few weeks).

I've been drowning for so long and seeing whats going on in the news in Haiti has not made it better. I wish I had the power to end pain and suffering because I can't stand to see others crying--it tears me up. Part of the reason I didn't go see Avatar is one because I heard it was depressing and two because instead of giving that money to a block buster I could donate it which I will like to do. I mean it's the only thing at this point I can do and pray.

Twinkle pink

I am wearing a target tutu skirt $17 (which I am in love with). leggings $4. Leg warmers $0 given to me by my mother (It's funny because she gave me these bad boys and I thought they were the ugliest things ever but now I have a better appreciation for them especially since they have gold buttons), a black shirt $5, a cream ruffle sweater from UO $5, belt from UO $7, head piece from UO $0, and thrifted brown booties $2.

I loved how I pulled this together in less than 5 minutes before my 9 am class. I felt like such a kid at heart and even put my hair up in a bun to make it seem even more ballerina-ish. Lame I know but I don't give a fuck. Now if only class would have been just as interesting.

p.s Ada and I (mostly Ada) cooked empanadas tonight and they were so tasty! OMG.

Last Night I dreamt that somebody loved me

old outfit but I wanted to share. I loved this outfit because it made me feel happy.
I am wearing a pink and white men's dress shirt $ 0. A small sweater from wet seal $5,a green and gold belt from Deene and ozzy at UO $12, Betsy Johnson flower stalkings $3 from Marshall's, ruffle skirt from F21 $19, thrifted brown shoes $2, pink bow $1.

And it begins.

Here comes another dreadful semester filled with stress, homework, and sleepless nights. But God knows how much I had been longing to come back. I missed having people around and love the fact that I can see my best friend everyday.

These past few days have been beyond wonderful.

On Thursday I went thrifting by myself(which sometimes is the best way to go so I don't have to fight my friend for things we find lol) and found five amazing sweaters (one which is pictured below only $2 and it has blue and pink flowers) and some black oxfords all under 20 dollars. HECK YES!

Friday I worked a long shift which wasn't to bad because all my favorites were working with me so we had a little dance party.

On Saturday I moved back to school and spent the whole weekend catching up with Caco. This was pretty awesome on account that I only saw him three days out of the thirty days of break. Additionally we had a great sushi date at Ballston Mall and actually found out they served Korean food too! OMG. the Soon du bu (Korean spicy tofu and seafood soup) was bomb and now Caco has become a fan. Oh how I love Korean food.

Anyways last night was exceptionally bomb because one of my good friends (Ada) not only bought me a kick ass hammock

(You know just chillen in my hammock.)

but she made us all some yummy spicy chili. It was nice to all start the semester out with a good get together where it's not all about drinking and watching a movie. Hopefully this happens more often.

Today was my first day of classes and I already missed my first class. Good lord. Welcome 2010 school year.

We can cook!( okay maybe I can't but I helped)

BFF!

oh hi!

I love you.

Thrift therapy

I haven't been myself lately and I wish I was. Today I went thrifting with Liz which made things a lot better because she is so cute and bubbly. But I am still feeling rather scared and wish I had someone to tell me everything is going to be okay. I don't know what to do anymore. Fuck this shit.
