Eeek. I am on a mission to find some new spring outfits while at Unique (thrift store) especially since I gave up shopping at other stores. I hope to find some new pieces since spring is right around the corner. I can't wait to wear nothing but skirts, florals, and oxfords.

So for the past few months I have wanted to cut my hair peter pan style, but not having enough money to go to Bang( the place where I usually get my sweet haircuts)I have had to live with my boring hair. So I played with it one day and got this.

My future Room

I can't wait to have my own little apartment somewhere quiet and cozy. I hope it smells like summer rain and I hope its with the one I love.

With all this talking about moving and finding places to stay it got me thinking, man am I tired of having roommates, rules, restrictions, and so on. I just want to live on my own, decorate it as I please, play some loud obnoxious music, watch scary movies, and just have freedom.

Next year is going to suck not only because I won't be living on campus but because Caco and I will be apart for the first time since the first day of college. I mean I will see him everyday but I know it is going to be different. It means I will not be able to wake up next to him, eat meals, or play video games with him.



It's going to be hard but I know we can do it. And I know behind every black tunnel There is a Light That Never Goes Out.

I mean we have lasted this long and we are each others first love. I hope I am right about this because I have never felt so right about anything as I do now.



anyways I hope my room looks somewhat like this with beautiful antique inspired wall paper, and a beautifully old and refurnished vanity.

But what I really hope is for it to smell like summer rain, a smell so vivid and familiar to me.

Today is just not my day

1. I woke up late.
2. I had the most boring two classes of my life.
3. I did not turn my homework in.
4. I do not have any plans for spring break.
5. Carlos left today for spring break.
6. I have no friends because they are all away in different worlds.
7. I got rejected from a job and blue ink (which I did not want to do because I hate rejection.
8. And I am just feeling like a overall failure.

I wish I had something to look forward to but I honestly don't. At least I will get to go on thrift adventures next week(not like I haven't).

I actually went two days ago and found some pretty awesome stuff including a leather belt with a gold buckle.

I actually have made a theory behind the belt, I believe it belonged to royalty and was eventually stolen from the Brazilian palace and sold to a American here in the late 70's for $85 dollars (which is what is labeled in the inside of the belt) today I estimate the worth to be over $300 dollars but realistically it is probably worth at most $100. Either way I am so glad I found it, I have never seen any belt like it.I got it for $2 and am so happy I found it.
I also found a alot of blouses and a coat (because all sweaters and outwear were 50% off) so that was great.
I am especially proud of myself because I did not spend more than $10 dollars.

anyway I am still feeling down, I'll probably cook something and watch a movie to cheer me up.





One day I hope to be just as sad and beautiful as these women.

Anyways today went well, woke up on time, had a good hair day/good outfit day, read my poem at last, and participated in class.

Everything went well, my professor said I had the best imagery yet and everyone except for Tory (who always seems to give negative feedback to others) gave nice feedback. But now I have to revise it even further, hmmm wish me luck.

Post-Valentines

So valentines was pretty chill which I didn't mind. We didn't do anything cheesy like paint pictures for each other or watch lame chick flicks instead we took a mini adventure to the thrift store and feasted at some Chinese buffet (which ironically guess what? it was Chinese new years! but know one gives a rats ass about that. SHEESH. Oh Americans...) Anyways I found a lot of wonderful new additions to my wardrobe which I am really excited about. Among them are two new dresses, a secretary blouse, a kitty cat shirt, and a sweet floral jacket(as if I need more floral in my life).

In addition I am pretty sure I found the most amazing sequin dress known to mankind-- which I will be wearing for my 21st birthday extravaganza.
