Punks not dead

Actually it is. When GG Allin died so did rock and roll and everything "bad ass" with him to hell.
But maybe I am wrong, I have never explored this "genre" of music and am slightly surprised I am so intrigued by punk and hardcore. I am only sad that it took me this long to finally give in. Now I just feel like a poser.
But honestly I had always thought about being "punk" or wishing to be part of that scene. The whole concept of being covered in patches, leather, studs, and hair dye intrigues me. But look at me. There is no way I could turn around now from "indie" to "hardcore" as much as I wish I could. The punks would eat me alive.
Anyways my whole fascination with GG Allin started a while ago but I finally got around reading up some information on him and boy was he ill... but although his music is probably the most offensive music you will ever come across triggering issues such as prostitution, drugs, alcohol, racism etc. GG Allin just didn't give a fuck, in his words he would probably tell every hater out there "Bite it you Scum, here I cum." And well I have to give it to him.

May he rage in hell.
